We visit the same lake house every summer, so I loved how this book explored the feeling of returning to a place that holds so many memories. The story is quiet and tender, and the illustrations are just beautiful. It’s especially lovely if your family has a special summer spot, but even if not, the message about change and coming back again can be enjoyed by all.
